Truck Show 2011

TruckInsure are back at the Truck Show this year, Saturday 14th and 15th May at Oswestry Showground. This year Boyzone star Keith Duffy is to visit the show on the Sunday where he will meet fans and sign autographs.

Main features this year:

• Truck monsters 'Swamp Thing' and 'Podzilla' go head to head in a car crushing showdown.
• Take a ride in 'Red Dragon' – your chance to ride in a real monster truck and even get the chance to crush cars!
• The Freestyle Motocross display team 'Air Raid FMX' will be wowing the crowds with amazing jumps and tricks in the air.
• 'Flingsby Fire Fly' stunt plane will be performing showing you just how far a modern stunt aircraft can be pushed

Other attractions over the weekend include Rescue Recovery demonstrations, commercial vehicle show with all the latest products and services, a massive trade village featuring models, clothing, a giant fun fair and much more. And of course a chance to see hundreds of amazing working, custom, vintage and American trucks from across the region.

A family weekend out that should not be missed!

TruckInsure at the UK Truckshow - 26th and 27th June 2010.

TruckInsure were pleased to once again sponsor the UK Truckshow held at Santa Pod Raceway. In stifling temperatures of over 30degrees our guests made full use of the TruckInsure VIP area and enjoyed front row seats to take in all the action. With racing trucks reaching speeds of 100mph and the infamous Fireforce, the 300mph jet car our guests had a fantastic time watching all the action. A lucky few even had the opportunity to race down the drag strip in the UK's only 2 seater dragster reaching speeds of 170mph and completing the 1/4 mile strip in just 8 seconds!

TruckInsure were proud to once again sponsor the Shropshire Truck Show held at Oswestry Showground. In a dramatic change from recent years, the truckshow was bathed in glorious sunshine for most of the weekend and there were no umbrellas in sight.

Our VIP area proved popular, as did the TruckInsure branded two seater dragster. We were pleased to extend our hospitality to Coronation Street's Ryan Thomas (Jason Grimshaw) and our guests had front row seats to watch the exciting arena entertainment.

TruckInsure are proud to be the title sponsor of the Shropshire Truckshow for the 4th year. This year, TruckInsure will be hosting a VIP area within Oswestry Showground and have invited selected fleet owners, to join them for a complimentary buffet and bar!

As well as title sponsors, we are also pleased to be sponsors of the prestigious best kept Working Truck aware category and Overall Best in Show, amongst others.

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet both the existing clients and potential new ones in a close knit community of truckers!

TruckInsure Sponsors UK Truck Show for 3rd Year

On 27th-28th June, TruckInsure were once again proud sponsors of the UK Truckshow for the 3rd consecutive year. This year we offered people the opportunity to enter our free prize draw to win one of eight rides in our twin seater dragster, which at its fastest clocked 172.2 mph!

With the benefit of our VIP enclosure overlooking the start line, our guests enjoyed a fun filled day, filled with noisy engines, burning rubber, a few drinks and obviously the bellow of the jet car as it prepared to clock up an amazing 247mph.
